1. Management, leadership and school system and educational institution:
- Concept and particularities of school management.
- Occurrence and development of school management.
- Theories and models of educational management and leadership.
- Limitations of theories and model of educational management and leadership.

2. Planning the development of the educational institution:
- Mission, vision, development plan.
- Concept of vision of the institution, principles of vision planning; operational structure and areas of vision planning.
- Concept of creative school and development culture.
- Purposes and applicability of development plans .
- School-based planning of school development.
- Analysis of development planning phases (audit, definition- redefinition, designing development plan and providing conditions (financing), implementation; monitoring, evaluation, reporting).
- Quality in education.

3. Headteacher and eduactional leadership:
- Headteacher's position and tasks in the role of educational and administrative manager.
- Education of headteachers.
- Headteacher's power and competences.
